Returnable items can be sent back or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, and Namshi says neither costs anything. You can exchange only once, and only because of size; if the replacement size still doesn’t fit, the item has to be returned.

Beauty items are final sale, with no returns and no swaps, so make sure of the type and the shade before ordering. Namshi keeps an eye on accounts with frequent returns and may add a return fee or cap their number of free returns.

To get the full amount back, make sure that:

• The item is exactly as it arrived: unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
• Every tag is still on, the security tag loop included if the item came with one. A missing or damaged tag can lead to the return being refused or to a partial deduction.
• It goes back inside the original packaging or box from the brand, together with every accessory and booklet.
