What is the process for returning a Styli order, and what is non-returnable?

The return period at Styli starts on the day your order arrives, so decide quickly. Each order's first return costs nothing, though further returns on the same order may carry a fee. Saudi customers can have the return collected from home or take it to a shipping company branch themselves during business hours, within 10 days.

An accepted return refunds the product price, while charges for bank transfers, imports, cash on delivery and shipping stay non-refundable. Items have to be unused and still tagged, in their original packaging, with any security seal unbroken.

The following can never be returned:

  • Face masks, swimwear, shapewear, underwear and boxer shorts.
  • Beauty items, including makeup, fragrances and beauty accessories.
  • Anything marked non-returnable on its product page, as well as some sale and promotional items.
