Returns are accepted for 28 days after the delivery date; when an order comes in several shipments, the clock starts with the last one. Items have to be unworn and unused, with every tag and the original packaging, and shoes need to be in their box.
There are no exchanges at ASOS: an accepted return is always refunded, and a different size means placing a new order. In Saudi Arabia, you begin the return through the returns portal, follow its steps, and a QR code or label is emailed to you. During our review, returns were shown as free on the Saudi returns page, but ASOS cautions that some countries may have a returns fee taken from the refund, so read the details as you set up the return.
- Face and body products once opened or with a broken seal.
- Swimwear and underwear whose tags or hygiene sticker were removed.
- Face coverings, earrings and piercing jewelry whose seal has been broken.
