Spend SAR 500 or more and delivery costs nothing, whichever speed you choose, express included. Below SAR 500, the charge depends on the delivery option:

• Riyadh express (3 hours): costs SAR 50 if you order by 8 pm.
• Same-day delivery in Riyadh: SAR 35, for orders placed by 8 pm.
• Next-day delivery in Riyadh: SAR 25.

The following can only go back if they were damaged in transit and remain in their original packaging:

Collection is targeted for no later than 48 hours after you request it. Fridays are the exception, since DHL, their courier, doesn't operate that day, so pickup shifts to the first available day afterwards. Remote areas see the courier roughly two or three times weekly. To avoid delays, complete the return form included with your order and place it inside the parcel.
