Spend more than SAR 500 and delivery is free; smaller orders carry a SAR 50 charge. Cole Haan ships only within Saudi Arabia, reaching any city there in usually between 3 and 4 business days, although villages and far-off areas may wait longer. Returns are accepted for 14 days after delivery if the item is unworn, unused and undamaged, and comes back with every tag, its original packaging, the branded box and the dust bag. Accessories such as sunglasses, watches, fragrances and jewellery are non-returnable. A regular return, where the item just isn't right for you, costs SAR 55. Discounted items follow separate rules:

• A discount of 70% or more makes the item final sale, with no return or exchange.
• A discount of 30% up to just below 70% means a SAR 100 charge for a return or exchange.
• A discount below 30% means a SAR 55 charge.
• Sale items can show light scratches; the same conditions still apply.
• Anything bought on the website at a sale or promo price must be returned online, not at a shop.

Notice the outer carton is damaged before you sign? Refuse the parcel and let them know straight away. If the problem only shows after you've accepted it, whether that's damage, a factory defect or the wrong product, email within 2 days of receiving it; the return is then free and the refund is complete, covering the cash-on-delivery fee and shipping too.

Damage reported once those 2 days have passed is treated as a regular, fee-charged return. You'd get the product price back, but not the cash-on-delivery fee or the first shipping charge.

Begin by emailing customerservices@colehaan.sa. After approval, they create a return waybill, the courier calls to arrange collection from your address, and you're told once the return is done. Refunds are paid 15 business days after your return request is approved.

Only shoes can be exchanged, within 7 days of receipt, and only for something priced the same or higher. Purchases from a Cole Haan shop or another distributor are dealt with by that shop or distributor rather than by the online store.

Every cancellation or change goes through customerservices@colehaan.sa. According to the FAQ, cancelling or editing the delivery address is possible up to 24 hours after the order is prepared, but the returns page says it must happen before dispatch, so act quickly. Once the delivery notice reaches you, the address is locked. Travelling? They can hold the parcel, though for no more than 9 days after the order date.

For store pickup, email your order number and request “Pick up Myself”; they'll reply with the shop's address. An order left uncollected 3 days after the ready notice is cancelled automatically with SAR 55 taken off the refund, while cancelling it yourself after that notice costs SAR 30.
