Does Nahdi have a code for existing customers?

Can Nahdi offers and vouchers be stacked on one product?

No. When several offers apply to an item, only one of them counts. On free-item deals such as 1+1, you get the cheaper of the items for free. Nahdi may also cap how many units you can order at once.

Each voucher works a single time and must be used before it expires; expired vouchers are refused and never reissued. If your product is priced below the voucher's value, the leftover is not paid out in cash, so spend it on a basket worth at least its value.

What does Nahdi charge for delivery, and what is the free delivery threshold?

Express products, which ship from Nahdi's own pharmacies, travel free when the basket hits SAR 150; smaller baskets pay SAR 12, VAT included. You can use delivery without any minimum order.

International (Global) items are shipped at separate rates, and some include an additional SAR 17.25 for import and customs clearance. Paying with Tamara does not waive the normal delivery fee.

Drivers deliver from 8 am until midnight, Saturday through Thursday, and from 1 pm until 9 pm on Fridays. Before handing the order over, the driver will ask for the verification code texted to your phone.

What is Nahdi's “Now” delivery, and when is its fee refunded?

“Now” brings pharmacy products in roughly 30 minutes, subject to your location and the time slots available. The fee varies with order value, timing and location and is displayed before payment. Payment has to be made online upfront, as the service does not take cash on delivery, and an order cannot be edited or cancelled after it is placed.

Should delivery take longer than 45 minutes (half an hour, plus 15 minutes' grace), you can reclaim the “Now” fee via the app's refund button, as long as you do so no more than 48 hours after the delivery time. It comes back to your Nahdi wallet as a single-use voucher that lasts 30 days.

No refund is given for an order that arrived inside 45 minutes, one that was postponed or cancelled, or one you were not present to receive.

Which payment methods does Nahdi take, and can I split the cost with Tamara or Tabby installments?

According to Nahdi's terms, you can pay with credit cards, mada, Apple Pay, or cash on delivery, and all amounts are in Saudi riyals. The “Now” service does not offer cash on delivery.

Tamara and Tabby instalments are offered only in the Nahdi app, on orders between SAR 150 and SAR 5,000. The instalment company approves each order according to its own terms.

Two points to note: instalment orders still pay shipping, and paying with Tamara or Tabby earns no Nuhdeek points. Late instalment payments may also attract fees from the instalment company, as set out in its terms.

How long do I have to return items to Nahdi, and what cannot be returned?

Express products can be returned or swapped at any Nahdi pharmacy for 14 days after purchase, provided you have the invoice and the product is unused, undamaged and in its original state. Items bought under a deal such as 1+1 or a second-item discount must be returned together as a full set.

Imported international items are not returnable simply because you changed your mind. If one turns up damaged or not matching your order, call Guest Services on 920024673. The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Medical preparations with a missing or scratched-off barcode.
  • Anything requiring special storage, for example baby food and medicines kept in the fridge.
  • Items dispensed under medical insurance.
  • Maternity wear, to protect public health.

How soon is my money refunded after cancelling or returning a Nahdi order?

Cancel before delivery and the whole amount, delivery fee and all, goes back to the same card in between 7 and 14 business days. Return items after delivery and you get the product price back over the same period, minus the delivery fee.

Once preparation of an order has begun, international products can no longer be cancelled. Any Nuhdeek points earned on purchases you return are also taken back from your account.

Does Nahdi require a prescription for medicines?

Prescription-only medicines are dispensed only when a hospital or clinic has stamped the prescription. The prescription's validity depends on the medicine: chronic-condition treatments such as those for diabetes, blood pressure or asthma allow up to 3 months, while everyday remedies for coughs and flu allow one week.

When insurance is paying, some prescriptions go through with no prior approval and others need it; the pharmacist will explain what paperwork is required. Bear in mind that items dispensed on insurance are non-returnable.

How do Nuhdeek points work at Nahdi?

Every SAR you spend earns at least 1 point, and the points show up in your balance within 24 hours. Missing points can be claimed with the invoice up to a week after purchase. With an activated membership, points last for a whole year counted from the day of purchase; a new membership that has not been activated keeps them for just 30 days.

Points are not earned on:

  • Specialty medicines, insulin, and GLP-1 weight-loss drugs (Ozempic, Mounjaro and similar).
  • Anything bought on insurance or with “buy now, pay later”.
  • Whatever portion you paid using redeemed points or vouchers.
