Watsons Promo Code Saudi Arabia 2026

Yes: TW45 (10% off). Its full terms are on its card above.

Better not to rely on it. According to the terms on the Saudi Watsons site, promotions apply only in the market where they run, and the products on the site are prepared for that market. A code or offer that Watsons publishes in another country, then, might not be valid on watsons.sa.

When you come across an offer, check that it is meant for the Saudi Watsons website in particular, and go through its terms before filling your cart.

Orders worth SAR 100 or more get free delivery; smaller orders cost SAR 20 to deliver. Watsons covers every part of the Kingdom, from Abha and Arar to Jeddah and Riyadh.

Once the order is on its way, an email arrives and the driver phones you to set a convenient time. At handover you may be asked for a passport or national ID, and anyone receiving the parcel for you needs proof of identity too.

Watsons is strict about returns since most of what it sells is beauty and care products. Items must be unopened and in their original condition, the box undamaged and free of any marks, and you need to show you bought it, for example with the tax invoice.

Watsons' own pages give differing return periods, so do not delay: if you want to send something back, file the request quickly and check the deadline with customer service.

• When an item belongs to a bundle or set, the complete set has to come back.
• Include every document, part and accessory that came with the item.
• Anything the site says cannot be returned or refunded stays with you.
• You get a refund if an item arrives damaged, is the wrong one, does not match its description, is expired or near expiry, or is missing from the order.

Expect the whole process to take between 2 and 3 weeks, counted from the day they confirm the return has arrived until your bank finishes processing it. Refunds go to the payment method you originally used.

With proof of purchase you get the VAT back, though shipping charges are not refundable. Products can be returned at any Watsons store in the Kingdom, or you can have them collected from you.

Confirmed orders cannot be edited. Cancelling works only during order preparation, by sending an email to customer service. After the delivery partner has collected it, cancellation is no longer an option and you will have to return it once it arrives.

Watsons occasionally removes items from an order itself, for example when stock runs out after your order or the items are nearing expiry. For online payments, the refund for those items begins automatically.

Yes. Click & Collect costs nothing, and The View Mall branch is the pickup point named on the order page. A text and an email let you know when the order is ready, and from that alert you have 14 days to pick it up.

Take the card used for payment and your order number with you. Sending someone else? They will need a photocopy of the card used for payment, the order number, their own ID together with a copy of yours, and a signed letter from you authorising them.

Blue cashback earned on Watsons purchases is not credited at the moment of payment; it is added once the order has been delivered or collected from the store.

Seeing no balance straight after ordering is normal, so wait for the handover to be completed.
