Whites Pharmacy Promo Code Saudi Arabia 2026

Yes: TT30 (5% off). Its full terms are on its card above.

A Whites coupon reduces the order value directly, though every code has conditions of its own: some give a capped percentage, some take a fixed sum off when the order meets a minimum, and others only work on a first order or in the app.

When your cart doesn't qualify for a code, look at these possible causes:

• Medicines, diapers, milk and special offer items are not eligible for coupons.
• Codes exclude products from certain brands, which the terms and conditions list by name.
• The code works only in the app while you're placing the order through the website; alternatively, it's a first-order code used on an account with previous orders.
• The order total is under the minimum required by the code.

Under Whites' offers policy, orders worth SAR 300 qualify for free delivery. Free delivery prizes from the lucky wheel apply to orders starting at SAR 150, and you have 5 days after winning to use the prize.

In Riyadh, a Whites driver brings the order at the time slot you picked when ordering; elsewhere in the Kingdom, approved shipping companies carry the orders and get in touch with you themselves.

Riyadh orders go back to the warehouse after 3 unanswered attempts by the driver to reach you, and you're sent a text with a rescheduling link. Fail to pick a new time within 3 days and the order gets cancelled automatically.

Visa, Mastercard, mada and SADAD are the payment methods named in the terms and conditions; Tabby and Tamara aren't among them, so look at the options your checkout page actually offers.

The terms mention cash on delivery in connection with the “Order & pick up at the pharmacy” service. Bear in mind that prices on the site exclude VAT; it's added to your invoice ahead of payment.

Returnable products can be sent back for 14 days after you receive the order, provided they're unopened and unused, still in the original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice from the shipment. Contact customer service to arrange it; the delivery team will then collect the return within 3 working days.

Some categories are non-returnable after delivery for health reasons:

• Perfumes, cosmetics, and every type of skincare, haircare and personal care product.
• Medicines, vitamins, supplements, food, diapers and baby milk.
• Special offer items and discounted items.

After the return arrives at the warehouse and passes inspection, your bank account should see the refund within 14 working days. You won't get back the shipping fee from the original order.

Where an order was paid for but never received, or you turned it away, the products can take as long as 14 working days to return to the warehouse, followed by a further 14 working days before the money reaches your bank. An exchange is only offered when the product you received isn't what you ordered or can't be used.

Special rules apply to medicines at Whites: they're excluded from discount coupons, earn no loyalty points, and can't be sent back after delivery for health reasons. There's also a section in your site account set aside for e-prescriptions.

If you choose “Order & pick up at the pharmacy”, collect on time: an online-paid order is cancelled if it isn't picked up within 7 days, and one set to be paid at collection gets cancelled once 72 hours pass. Generally, an order can include no more than 3 units of any one item.

Yes, depending on when you do it:

• If preparation and packing haven't started, you can cancel it yourself from the “My Orders” section of your account.
• Once packing is under way, cancelling from your account is no longer possible, but you can still call customer service on 920006648 before it ships.
• Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded, and you may be charged a cancellation fee.
• Cancelling the order doesn't return the value of a coupon you used.

Joining Ana Whites Rewards costs nothing; just give any store your mobile number and name. Each SAR earns you one point, 100 points are worth SAR 1, and redemption happens in Whites stores using a code texted to your phone.

Points expire one year after the purchase date and can't be extended. Milk, baby products, medicines, offers, discounted products, Wasfaty and app sales don't earn points, and returning a product removes its points from your balance.
