Questions shoppers ask about Farm GO

Does Farm GO have a code for existing customers?

Yes: W44 (10% cashback). Its full terms are on its card above.

What is the FARM GO app, and which cities does it deliver to?

FARM GO is the app Farm Superstores built for online shopping, and Farm's website has a “Shop Online” page that links to its pages on Google Play and the App Store. Through the app you can buy fresh meat, vegetables and other supermarket goods, make use of the weekly and Monday offers, book a delivery slot that fits your day, and pay in more than one way.

The Google Play page for the app says delivery is limited to Dammam and Khobar for now. If you are in a different city, confirm inside the app before you count on it, or do your shopping at the closest branch.

How do Farm's Imtiyaz points work, and how much are they worth?

Imtiyaz is the rewards scheme run by Farm. To earn points, give the cashier your mobile number or show your Imtiyaz card or the app each time you pay. Members in the Red tier get 1.5 points for every riyal spent, and 1,000 points are worth SAR 10 of shopping. Redemption happens in blocks of 1,000 points, with any remainder kept in your account.

  • Points are doubled on Farm-branded products and household items, and also during periods Farm announces. On top of that, Imtiyaz members enjoy additional discounts on a selection of products.
  • Promotional offers, tobacco, recharge cards and wholesale purchases earn no points and no extra discounts.
  • Points left unused for 12 months after your latest purchase are cancelled automatically.
  • You cannot cash points in, pass them to another customer, or use two points programs at once.

What does it take to reach Gold or Platinum in Imtiyaz?

Gold members earn two points for every riyal. You qualify by spending at least SAR 18,000 in a year, or by completing 100 purchases (one a day on average). Platinum pays 2.5 points for every riyal and requires yearly spending of SAR 30,000 or above, or 200 purchases. In both tiers, points are also doubled on household goods and on Farm's own products.

Which offers does Farm have, and do they differ by region?

On its website, Farm sorts its deals into best offers, weekly offers, Monday offers and the online offers inside FARM GO. The weekly offers come in separate regional flyers: one covers Sakaka, Arar, the Southern, Western and Eastern regions and Riyadh, and the other covers Najran, Abu Arish, Jazan and Abha. Look at the flyer for your own region before heading out.
