Dabdoob Promo Code Saudi Arabia 2026

Yes: P80 (25% off). Its full terms are on its card above.

Inside your account, on the website or the app, there is a “Coupons & Offers” area where a code can be copied or saved for another time. Some product pages also display a visible discount beside the original price.

Under the terms, each offer or competition can come with rules of its own, and those rules win in any clash with the general terms. In the site footer, a link titled “Coupon terms of use” simply leads back to the general terms, which say nothing about how many coupons one order can take or which items are excluded, so make sure the discount shows in your cart before paying.

Errors in prices or descriptions are possible, and Dabdoob may correct them or cancel an order because of them.

Dabdoob presents itself as a same-day delivery service for Gulf families. On its Saudi site, each product page gives an estimated arrival date for whichever area you pick in the “Deliver to” box at the top; Riyadh is selected by default.

The Saudi policy pages don't publish delivery fees or the free-delivery minimum, so you will only see them at checkout once your address is entered. For gift orders, the cart suggests add-ons like gift wrapping and helium balloons.

On the Saudi site, product pages display logos for Tabby and Tamara next to a plan dividing the price into 4 monthly payments, and listed prices already include VAT.

Cash on delivery is referred to in the refund and return policy, but nowhere are its fees or limits explained. The policy pages don't mention mada or Apple Pay either, so see which options appear at checkout before counting on them.

A product can be sent back within two weeks if something is wrong with it or you simply don't like it, provided it is in the packaging it came in. You always pay the return shipping, even when the original order shipped free.

Nothing in the policy covers toys that have been opened or put together; it just asks for the original packaging. If a return is likely, keep the box closed and don't throw any packaging away until you are certain. There is one exception spelled out in the terms: helium balloons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Dabdoob checks each return once it arrives and, if the item meets the conditions, begins the refund; according to the policy, this may last 14 business days.

Should Dabdoob cancel an order itself because an item has run out or because of an issue with quality or stock, you are told beforehand, and online payments are refunded once the order is confirmed by their team. This covers only orders paid for online, not those paid in cash on delivery.

Although Dabdoob says every item is checked and carefully packed before it ships, its policy states that damage during transit is not its responsibility. Photograph the parcel and the product the moment they arrive, and get in touch without delay.

For an item with a problem, you still have the same two weeks, along with the original-packaging requirement. Faulty products aren't exempted from return shipping fees in the policy, so ask about this before sending anything back. To reach Dabdoob, use the email address given in the policy or call the Saudi customer service line listed in the site footer.

Invite someone who is new to Dabdoob, and when they order, you receive an offer as cashback credited to your wallet. Dabdoob may take that cashback back if the person you invited returns or cancels the order.

Wallet credit expires a year after it is added unless stated otherwise, and once expired it is lost permanently with no refund. Spend it on orders before that happens.
