Yes. FirstCry Saudi Arabia accepts cash on delivery as well as mada and credit cards. However, if you return an item, you won't get back the cash on delivery fee, the shipping fee or any cross-border fee.

When you return an item that was paid for upon delivery, the money is first credited to a FirstCry refund account; from there, you can request a transfer to a bank account of your choice. Check your bank details carefully, since FirstCry doesn't confirm the account number.

The window varies with the product type, and your order follows whatever the product page states:

• Shoes, clothing and maternity wear: whatever period the product page gives.
• Supplies for birthday parties: two days after delivery.
• Most other items: 7 days after delivery.

Some products are never returnable for health reasons, among them teethers and pacifiers, breastfeeding supplies and feeding bottles, wet wipes, diapers and diaper rash creams, formula milk, baby food and supplements, as well as beauty and personal care items.

Other products become non-returnable once assembled, such as travel systems and strollers, ride-on toys and bikes, outdoor play equipment, and furniture for babies and children, so inspect and check the item before putting it together. Products bought under a buy-one-get-a-second-one deal must all be returned together.

Cancel an order, or one of its items, before it ships and the whole amount comes back to you, shipping fee included. It's credited to your FirstCry wallet, from which you can move the money to a card or bank account.

Once shipped, single items can no longer be cancelled; you'd have to cancel the entire shipment, and the refund then excludes the shipping fee. Gift certificates and personalized products can't be cancelled.

Certain products earn you loyalty cash, as shown on the product page, which is credited no later than 48 hours after delivery. Items you got free under an offer don't earn any.
