Cardial covers shipping on baskets of SAR 299 or more. Smaller baskets pay a delivery fee, listed separately on the payment page so you see it before confirming. Returns must be made within only 48 hours of receipt, while exchanges are allowed for 5 days. The item has to be unused, in its original state and packaging, and accompanied by every accessory, any gifts included and the invoice; their team checks it before approving the return.

The courier must receive the parcel from you within 48 hours, and keep a photo you take of the item at the moment of handover. Any gift that came with your order must be included in that same return, or else your refund loses either SAR 25 to cover shipping the gift back or the gift's own value.

When the returned item arrives at their warehouse, the refund is sent either as a bank transfer or to the account you hold with the payment platform:

• Tabby, Tamara or mada payments: no more than 7 business days.
• Credit card payments: between 14 and 21 business days.
• Orders shipped outside the Kingdom: SAR 99 per return or exchange, with customs fees on top.
• Items that earned cashback: that cashback is taken back out of your balance.

Cardial watches come with 3 years of cover for manufacturing defects affecting the movement or battery, and for water getting in. According to the Arabic terms, one year applies to tasbih rings, Aman smart watches and jewellery set with diamonds or crystals, while the English terms leave crystal or zircon stones, cufflinks and pens out of the warranty; so check with them before buying if accessory cover is important to you.

The warranty excludes leather goods and bags, perfumes (unless the sprayer is faulty before first use), glass and straps, plus damage caused by misuse or by repairs done outside their authorised service centre. Repairs require the warranty card or invoice; without one, you pay for the work. Inspect your order on arrival, because they accept no responsibility afterwards for anything missing or damaged.
