BasharaCare Promo Code Saudi Arabia 2026

Yes: CW (5% off). Its full terms are on its card above.

Delivery anywhere in Saudi Arabia costs nothing once your basket passes SAR 100; below that, checkout adds SAR 20 on its own. Aramex brings orders in 1 to 3 days. Timing depends on when you order: anything placed between 10 am and 11 pm goes out the next working day, while orders made from midnight to 9 am are dispatched that very day, unless it is a weekend or holiday, in which case they wait for the following working day. The FAQ mentions one working day for baskets above SAR 100, but 1 to 3 days is the realistic expectation.

Shipping is limited to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman. Each of these has a separate fee and free-delivery threshold, set in the local currency.

Products sit in air-conditioned space at the Riyadh warehouses and travel in air-conditioned delivery cars, so nothing leaves a cooled environment before it gets to your door.

You can't shop in person, since every sale happens online. If the brand you're after isn't stocked, don't expect them to import it for you: they stick to products that are approved and registered with them.

Within 7 days of getting your order you may ask for a refund, an exchange or a replacement, provided the item is still in its original state: sealed, never opened and never used. Returns are accepted when a product disappoints you for any of the following reasons:

• It has a manufacturing, material or design fault.
• Its quality falls short, or it doesn't do the job it was made for.
• It had already expired when it reached you.
• Write to customerservice@basharacare.com to start a return or to cancel an order.

• Points have to be used within 365 days of the purchase, after which they are removed. The Arabic page adds that a year's points must also be spent before the close of the following January.
