How fast does Deraah deliver, and what order total gets free shipping?
Spend SAR 190 or more and shipping costs nothing. Orders placed before 10 am reach Riyadh customers within 48 hours, major cities get them in between 2 and 4 business days, and places outside those cities wait between 4 and 7 business days. Timings are counted from the date the invoice is issued.
Questions about an order can go to the toll-free line 8001186666, open from 9 am until 6 pm Saturday to Wednesday, and until 4 pm on Thursday; Friday is a day off.
What is the process for returning a Deraah order, and what is the deadline?
Returns are accepted for 7 days after delivery. Phone customer service free on 8001186666, or message that same number on WhatsApp, and send a picture of the item plus your address and city; they will then point you to the closest branch where you can drop it off. The item needs to be in its original state and packaging and come with the original invoice the courier gave you. Deraah refuses a return when:
The item was used or damaged, or its condition differs from when you received it.
Someone has tampered with it or removed its serial numbers.
An accessory, a label, the price tag or the original packaging is missing.
It is a hair product (Silky Waves), which is non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty or damaged in transit.
You kept the free gifts included with the order instead of returning them.
It belongs to a “1+2 free” deal and you are returning only some of the items; everything in the offer has to come back together.
Is it true that Deraah allows returns within 30 days?
Deraah's terms and conditions include a “Golden Warranty Policy”. According to it, anything ordered via WhatsApp or the web store, Deraah's online channels, may be returned up to 30 days after receipt, provided you keep the box and accessories exactly as they came. Inspection takes two business days, and once the return is approved the money arrives between 7 and 14 business days later. You will be asked for your bank details, a product photo and the invoice.
The return policy, on the other hand, states 7 days, so check with customer service which rule covers your order before relying on the 30-day window.
Does Deraah exchange products, and how are its devices and watches guaranteed?
An exchange at Deraah is only for the identical product and only when there is a fault or factory defect; switching to another item isn't possible. No exchanges at all apply to “1+2 free” purchases.
Electrical devices come with a two-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the purchase date; claiming it requires the invoice plus the warranty card. Watches get one year of maintenance cover, also subject to the invoice and card, for women's watches sold singly or in sets and men's watches sold singly only. Misuse, breakage, damp and water damage, and attempted repairs are not covered.
How can I pay Deraah, and how do refunds work for Tabby or Tamara payments?
The website takes mada, Visa or Mastercard cards issued by any bank, plus Apple Pay, and lets you spread the cost with Tabby and Tamara. You can also pay on delivery, paying with cash or with a card on the terminal the courier carries, without any added fee.
When you return something bought with Tabby or Tamara, your refund comes through that provider, not Deraah. Should a refund to the original method be impossible, or if you paid on delivery, the money is sent to a bank account; send its details from the mobile number registered to your account.
How can a Deraah order be cancelled, and how soon is the money returned?
Sign in, find the order in your order list and ask for it to be cancelled, or call 8001186666 or send customer service a WhatsApp message. Cancellation is possible as long as the order isn't yet being prepared for shipping, and the refund follows in between 7 and 14 business days. An order that has already shipped is refunded once the parcel is back at the main Riyadh warehouses. The FAQ page mentions a refund time of between 4 and 14 business days, so the two pages don't quite agree.
Deliveries happen Saturday through Thursday, with no deliveries on holidays or Fridays, and sales periods and Eid can slow them down. Be aware that an order you don't collect within 15 days is cancelled automatically.
How does Deraah's Mukafaati loyalty programme work, and does Deraah have an app?
Mukafaati is the loyalty scheme run by Deraah. Signing in on the app, the web store or at any Deraah branch in Saudi Arabia is enough to join. Points for online orders are credited only after the order reaches you, they can be converted into Walaa One points, and your balance appears on the app's Mukafaati page.
