No. For simple changes of mind, Izil applies a no-exchange policy. You can get the same product again, or another of equal value, only when the item is faulty or doesn't match its description, and only within 7 days after the order arrives; past that point no replacement can be given.

Before agreeing to an exchange they want evidence, such as photos, video or an inspection once the product is back, and they can refuse when the requirements aren't met. Perishable products are never returnable or exchangeable, for safety and quality.

A refund is possible in just two situations, and only within 3 days after the purchase date: either delivery to your chosen country proves impossible for Izil, for whatever reason, or the order gets cancelled before dispatch. Without a receipt or some other proof of purchase, no refund will be issued.
