How much does Rituals charge for delivery in Saudi Arabia, and how long does it take?

Shipping is free once your basket goes over SAR 150; under that, a SAR 30 fee applies. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days. Different pages on the site give 2 to 4 or 3 to 5, so take the timing as a rough guide.

Delays are more likely during sales and promotional seasons, and when the item is missing from the Saudi warehouse and must be sent over from a warehouse in another country. To switch to another delivery address, get in touch with Rituals while the parcel is still in the warehouse.

How can I pay at Rituals, and are installments available?

Rituals takes credit and debit cards, lets you spread the cost with Tabby, and offers cash on delivery for an extra SAR 20. Online gift cards are not available right now, so they cannot be used at checkout.

Keep in mind that sending back a cash-paid order gets you store credit on your Rituals account rather than money. If you would prefer the refund to go to your card, use a card when you order.

How many days do I get to return a Rituals order, and which items qualify?

Returns are free for 14 days. Go to “My Account”, open “Returns” and pick “Create a return”, then select a reason and send the request; a courier will come for the parcel in 3 to 4 days. Can't raise the request yourself? Write to care@ritualsme.com. Your return is accepted only if:

  • Personal care and makeup items (creams, shampoos, gels, shower foams and similar) are unopened and still in their original packaging; anything opened will be refused.
  • Clothes are unworn and unwashed with the price tag still attached; underwear can be sent back only while still in its sealed bag.
  • Everything goes back in its original packaging, packed in a strong outer box.
  • Rituals stores do not take back website orders; those can be returned online only.

How long does a Rituals refund take, and are exchanges possible?

When your return arrives and passes the checks, the refund reaches your bank account in 5 to 7 working days, while credit to your Rituals account takes 2 business days. With cash-on-delivery orders, the refund comes as credit on the account.

Rituals does not do exchanges for now, so to get a different item you return the original and place a new order. If something arrives damaged, photograph it and email the picture to customer service along with the order number, the product name and the quantity; the team will handle it from there.

Does Rituals give a free gift with purchase, and how does it work?

Rituals runs promotions that add a free gift to your purchase and lists the conditions on its homepage. At the time of our check, you had to reach a set order value to get it. Each order gets one gift at most, the offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, it lasts only while stock remains, and in some months there is no gift on offer at all.

Website orders are not gift-wrapped; they are packed in cardboard boxes that keep glass bottles and liquids safe. Gift sets, however, are already wrapped and ready to hand over.
