What is Zona's return window, and can I send a product back?

Products can go back within 7 days of delivery, provided nobody has opened them. Since these items are applied to the skin, hygiene rules mean an item that was opened or used, or whose packaging got damaged, may be refused for both return and exchange, unless it reached you damaged or different from its description.

A damaged delivery entitles you to a free replacement without any charges. The Arabic text of the policy sets a limit of 7 days after delivery for this request, whereas the English version of that same page says only 3 days, so report the damage the moment you spot it.

When you return or exchange something by choice, and not because of an error or damage, you pay the delivery fees, a SAR 25 fee for shipping the products, and the original price of every product that was opened.

Returns start with a message to Zona by email, on WhatsApp or through their social media pages; the policy page has a direct link that opens a WhatsApp chat.

What does Zona charge for delivery, and when will my order arrive?

Zona's pages give neither a set delivery fee nor a set delivery time. Shipping is added at checkout, where you see the full total before confirming payment, and no order is finalized until the payment has gone through. Arrival times are only estimates, and they shift with the city, the courier, peak times, seasons and sale periods.

After the courier takes over your order, you follow it using that company's own tracking details, and if it runs late they help you chase it. Double-check the mobile number and address before paying: once preparation has begun or the parcel is with the courier, changes cannot be guaranteed.
