Riyadh orders ship on the day they're placed or no later than 2 business days after, while the rest of the country waits between 2 and 6 business days. There is no shipping or delivery at weekends or on public holidays, peak periods may push your order back a few days, and if the delay is significant the store gets in touch by email or phone.

• An item too damaged to use is refunded at its full value as an online store voucher, which stays valid for a month from the date it reaches you.
• Partial damage that doesn't stop you using the item is compensated in proportion to the damage.
• If the product is wrong, the correct one is shipped to the same address once your return arrives and is confirmed unused and unopened; sometimes you get a voucher worth its value instead.
• If the same order is delivered to you twice by mistake, the store collects the duplicate at its own expense.

Once an order is placed, editing isn't possible; cancel it and order again instead. There's no charge for cancelling within the first hour, but after that a delivery fee applies: SAR 19 for a regular order, or SAR 100 if it's salon furniture. Once two hours have passed, the store can no longer cancel the order itself and you'll need to get in touch with the shipping company.
