The site's prices already include 15% VAT, and if an order exceeds the customs threshold, its duties and taxes are added to the total at checkout. In other words, what you see is what you pay, and nothing extra is due on delivery. Should the courier phone asking for your ID copy to clear the parcel, no payment should be requested; if it is, contact VogaCloset.

Yes. In Saudi Arabia, cash on delivery covers orders below SAR 2,215. Larger orders must be paid online using Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa and Mastercard, a credit card or instalments, and you're charged in SAR.

Card payments are taken when you buy, after you verify with a code texted to your phone. A declined card isn't charged, although a pending amount might appear on your account for between two and five working days before it disappears.

How many days do I have to return VogaCloset items, and what's the fee?

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you need to both request the return and hand over the parcel. Log the return in your account (guests use the return form), print the return slip, attach it to the package and take it to your nearest SMSA office, as there's no collection from home. SAR 16 is deducted from your refund as a return fee, and exchanges aren't offered, only returns.

Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, with tags and extras like shoe boxes. For hygiene reasons, some categories are non-returnable:

  • Cosmetics.
  • Nightgowns, underwear and lingerie.
  • Swimsuits.
  • Certain jewellery, earrings for example.

How long does a VogaCloset refund take, and can I get cash?

Expect around 14 days for the refund once your return arrives and has been processed. PayPal payments are refunded to PayPal, and card payments to the card used.

Money paid on delivery isn't returned as cash. Registered customers get shopping credit in their account, and guests receive a voucher code for the same amount. Whatever the case, shipping charges aren't refunded, and nor are the duties and taxes applied to the returned order.
