Look at the top banner and the home page, which is where Fashion.sa usually puts its deals. There is a “Sale” section listing items with the old price struck through, collection deals such as the second piece at 50% off when you buy one (limited to selected items from the Autumn/Winter 2026 collection), and, from time to time, a percentage code that lasts a limited time. That code was worth 10% at the time of writing.

Nothing on the site says whether a code works on sale items or alongside the second-item deal, or how many codes one order can take, so check your total at checkout before confirming. The shipping policy promises delivery within 4 hours for Riyadh orders placed before 5 pm, and within 24 hours for the rest of Riyadh. For every other city, allow between 3 and 5 business days.

The details vary from page to page, though. The Arabic FAQ sets 7 pm as the last order time for 4-hour delivery, while the English shipping policy puts it at 6 pm; “About us” gives yet another picture, with Riyadh at 48 hours and other cities at 2 to 5 days. Take all of these as rough guides and rely on the delivery date you see while ordering.

Products can't be swapped once the order is placed. For a new address or delivery slot, you'll need to arrange it with the courier company.

The window is short: only 3 days, counted from when the order reaches you. Items have to be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and still carrying the price label. Returning items from an order the first time is free; a second return from that same order costs SAR 19 in shipping.

The 3-day count isn't consistent across pages. The return policy starts it at delivery, the shipping policy at purchase, and the English FAQ gives 7 days instead. To be safe, send your return request on the first or second day. The key exceptions are:

• No returns or exchanges on accessories, which include masks, hats and bags.
• Underwear and swimwear are non-returnable, to protect health.
• Parfois items are accepted back only when damaged.
• Items bought together under a multi-piece deal (for example, second item free) must all come back together; otherwise the return is refused.
• Branches won't take back online orders; every return goes through the website.

Returns begin on the website. Once your request is accepted, a return waybill lands in your inbox after 1 or 2 business days; print it out and a courier will collect it some time between 3 and 5 business days later. Some cities and areas (the policy page has a table of them) require you to take the parcel to the nearest Aramex branch yourself. The waybill expires after 14 business days.

After the items arrive, they're inspected, and your refund is sent by bank transfer within 14 business days. If you accepted delivery of the order, fees for shipping and for paying in cash stay non-refundable. The refund method follows the way you paid:

• Cash on delivery: you're refunded with an emailed gift card rather than cash.
• Tabby or Tamara: once the returned items are checked, the store contacts the installment provider, which cancels the order and refunds you.
• Gift card: the balance comes back as a single-use coupon and can't be paid out in cash.

No. Branches don't handle returns or exchanges for website orders; all of that is done online. The return policy also describes no direct size swap for online orders, so if something doesn't fit, the obvious option is to return it within the window and buy the correct size as a fresh order.

In-store purchases follow separate rules:

• Items at full price: exchange within 7 days or return within 3 days of purchase, provided they're unworn and unwashed.
• Sale and promotion items: return within 3 days only, with no exchanges.
• The original receipt is required, and price tags must still be attached.
• Accessories and underwear are excluded from both exchanges and returns.
• Parfois items can't be exchanged at Parfois's own branches.

Act quickly. Damage has to be reported within 24 hours of the parcel arriving by raising a return request through the site, with a photo of the faulty item attached. Miss that window and it won't be treated as a return.
