What exactly is Keemart, and where can I order from it?

Inside the Keeta app, which is the international arm of the Chinese Meituan group, Keemart is the section for groceries. There is no extra app to install: open Keeta, head to its Keemart section, then shop just as you would order a restaurant meal.

The range covers dairy, fruit and vegetables, drinks and snacks, kitchen supplies, plus cleaning and personal care products. Keeta says its stock is sourced from approved suppliers and recognized brands.

Keeta promoted launch vouchers when Keemart opened in May 2025, but its official pages no longer refer to them. Today the Keeta app description offers SAR 100 in vouchers to new users of the app as a whole, without any details specific to Keemart.

Keeta's website does not list the conditions, so before confirming, tap the voucher inside the app to see whether Keemart orders qualify, what the minimum basket is, how large the discount can get, and when it expires.

How fast is Keemart delivery, and is my district covered?

Keeta advertises delivery of everyday needs from Keemart in roughly 15 minutes. That speed comes from couriers stationed at fulfillment centers within Riyadh, where orders are packed and sent out fast. The app lets you follow your order live.

Granada and Al Yasmin in Riyadh were the first districts served, and Keeta says it intends to reach more Riyadh districts and more Saudi cities. To check your own area fast, type your address into the app: if the Keemart section shows up, you are covered.

Do Keemart's frozen and fresh items arrive in good condition?

Keeta's announcement says heat-sensitive items, frozen food for example, are packed together with ice packs so they stay in good shape until delivery.

Inspect the order the moment it arrives anyway, dairy and frozen goods in particular. Should a product be damaged or missing, photograph it and message customer service straight from the app.
