When a manufacturing defect stops the item from working properly, or at all, you may request a return within 48 hours, a replacement up to 14 days after delivery, or a repair while the warranty lasts. Once you contact them, they organise the item's return so it can be inspected. Saudi consumer protection law gives you the right to have it repaired or replaced once the defect is confirmed, while if no fault turns up the device is returned to you and the shipping costs may be charged to you.
Turn the delivery away if the box is visibly damaged. Damage spotted after delivery should be reported no later than 24 hours afterwards, which lets them establish whether it occurred before or after delivery. Normal wear, unauthorised repairs or modifications, misuse, and running the device with accessories from someone other than the manufacturer are not treated as manufacturing defects.
