When we last checked (1 November 2026), the store was promoting an anniversary campaign for LG Online, with discounts reaching 50% and an additional exclusive 15% off selected models. It was also running “Al Rajhi Week”, giving Al Rajhi credit card holders an extra discount of as much as SAR 2,000 and fee-free instalments over as long as 12 months. Campaigns like these are short and keep changing; the store itself warns that prices and offers may change without notice and that stock is limited, so check each offer's terms on its own page before ordering.

Once an order is placed, the product in it cannot be swapped. Spotted a better deal on a different model? You would need to cancel the existing order and start a fresh one, and cancelling stops being an option once the order has shipped.

Every LG.com order ships free to members, so sign up for an account first. Deliveries stay within Saudi Arabia; nothing is sent abroad. Beyond delivery, LG also handles installation of home appliances.

When a delivery attempt fails, the courier leaves a notice along with a number for rebooking. If tracking says delivered but nothing reached you, or the item was in poor condition on arrival, tell LG within 24 hours, quoting your order number plus the tracking number of the shipment, and they will chase the courier on your behalf.

According to the page, card payments are pre-authorised when you order and charged for real after delivery, yet the same answer says Tamara and Visa payments are collected the moment checkout finishes, so expect the money may leave your account straight away. You cannot switch payment method after paying; the order has to be cancelled and placed again.

With Tamara you can spread the cost over 4, 3 or 2 payments, interest-free and without hidden charges, or settle the full amount and receive special perks from Tamara. Purchases below SAR 2,500 can be spread over up to 4 months, while larger ones can stretch to 12 months subject to your credit limit; the plans you end up seeing depend on how much the order is and your history with Tamara. Tamara operates in line with Islamic Sharia.

Cancelling only works while the item has not yet shipped to your address; press the Cancel button in My Order. After dispatch it cannot be cancelled, though the return policy still lets you send it back once it arrives. On refusing delivery, the page contradicts itself: one passage says you may refuse at the door so the courier takes it back, while another allows refusal only when the box is damaged or a defect is visible before you confirm receipt. Check with customer service beforehand to be safe.

Should the packaging arrive damaged, unpack it while the courier is still there and check what is inside, refusing it if the product itself is damaged. If you discover a fault or damage just after delivery, ask the store for a return and let them know no later than 7 days after it was delivered.

The Arabic version of the page has another answer that mentions 15 days from delivery for exercising the right of rejection, whereas the English page gives 7 days, so the safe choice is to send the request in the first 7 days. Requests are made by completing the form found on the page for return requests; a confirmation email follows, and a courier acting for the LG online store gets in touch to pick up the item.

Check these conditions before sending anything back:

• Returns are free only if the return policy says so; otherwise you could be charged for some of the return cost, or for the whole of it.
• Only orders bought on the website and delivered to a Saudi address can be returned.
• Anything that arrived in a bundle has to go back with the whole bundle.
• If you simply changed your mind, LG examines the item and may pay back only part of the price based on its condition.
• Should a fault appear after the 7 days have passed, customer service can help.

After a cancellation or a rejected item, your money goes back to the payment method you bought with and arrives no more than 15 days after the goods reach LG. The right-of-cancellation answer, however, counts 15 days from the date of the return notice.
