If the store made a mistake or the item has a factory defect, you get everything back. Returning an item that is in good order means between 10% and 15% of what the order cost is kept for shipping and logistics, with SAR 60 as the minimum, even if delivery was free. Requests are made through your account or customer service; Baytonia then arranges to collect the item at your door, a step that may last as long as two business weeks according to the city you live in. The refund is paid to whichever method you used:
