Not on everything. The help center says discount codes cover all products apart from items labelled “Must Have” or “Best Price” and anything that isn't a Home Centre brand. If your basket is mostly those items, the code giving no discount on them is expected.

Be careful with returns. If an order came with a voucher and you send back some or all of it, that voucher becomes void; if you had already spent it, its value comes off your refund. Products bought on offer can still be returned, but the discount you received is lost.

Delivery rules differ between furniture and home essentials:

• Home essentials: orders above SAR 250 ship free; smaller orders pay SAR 18.
• Furniture: orders above SAR 999 are delivered free; smaller orders pay SAR 149.
• Express furniture delivery in 2 days: SAR 250.
• Click & Collect store pickup: no charge, with a text message and an email once your order is ready.

Home essentials: orders placed before 12 noon reach Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam within 2 business days, and the rest of the country within 4 business days.

Furniture: at checkout you choose a convenient day and time for delivery, or choose express delivery in 2 days for an additional SAR 250. For any other products, the delivery details are shown at checkout.

It is, though each order carries an extra SAR 18 charge for the service. For furniture, assembly only starts once the delivery team has received the cash; without payment, they take the items away unassembled.

A single item tagged “sourced from & shipped by” in your basket, meaning a partner product shipped by the partner itself, removes the option to pay cash on delivery. Returning the whole order also refunds the charge for cash on delivery, but not for partial returns.

Yes, with Tabby. 25% of the order is paid at purchase and the remainder is split evenly over 3 months, using a linked debit or credit card. Baskets below SAR 50 or above SAR 5,000 won't see the Tabby option.

Some banks also allow bigger purchases to be split into instalments on their cards; when both your order and card qualify, you select the instalment term at checkout. Returning items from a Tabby order means, per the help center, that unpaid instalments are subtracted from the refund, and you only get the difference back.

Products can be returned in their original packaging within 14 days after delivery. Take them to a Home Centre branch anywhere in the Kingdom (furniture excepted), book a pickup from your online order history, or phone 800-1234663. Furniture returns can't be requested online, and collecting it can take between 3 and 5 business days.

There are no direct exchanges at Home Centre: return the item, then buy the one you want. Returns are refused for:

• Used, assembled or modified products, unless a manufacturing defect is present.
• Opened baby products, bathrobes, towels, duvets, pillows, mattresses and bedding.
• Items showing signs of use or damaged through misuse.

Card and PayPal payments are refunded to the same card or account. Cash payments depend on where you return: a branch can refund you in cash or with a shopping voucher, while online returns go into your Shukran Pay wallet when it has been activated, or issued as a shopping voucher if not.

Refund vouchers last 12 months and work in any Landmark Group store, in branches or online. Bear in mind that a Shukran Pay balance can't be spent on delivery charges, nor on the fee for paying cash on delivery.
