Questions shoppers ask about Ninja
Does Ninja have a code for existing customers?
We don't have a verified Ninja code for returning customers right now.
Does a Ninja discount code take money off directly, or give cashback?
There are both kinds. Discount coupons are selected from “My vouchers” at checkout once your products are in the cart, and they reduce the total of that same order.
Cashback codes, on the other hand, leave the price unchanged at checkout; their value lands as a balance in the “My vouchers” section of your account once the order is delivered, ready for a future order.
Subscribe to Ninja Premium. It includes unlimited free delivery on beauty, pharmacy and grocery orders above SAR 40; restaurant orders above SAR 30 also ship free from a choice of over 10,000 restaurants; and the grocery section has offers reserved for subscribers.
Be aware that you can't cancel a subscription you've already paid for, but the cancel renewal button on the subscription page lets you switch off auto-renewal.
Can I pay cash on delivery or use installments with Ninja?
Ninja lists Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, STC Pay, mada, Visa and Mastercard, Ninja wallet credit, and installments with Tabby and Tamara. There's no cash on delivery option among them.
To use wallet credit, activate it in the payment section at checkout so it comes off the order value.
How fast is Ninja delivery, and does it cover my neighborhood?
Ninja is open around the clock (24 hours), seven days a week; most deliveries take roughly 15 minutes, though the order's size and where you are can change that.
If no products appear when you open the app, your area isn't covered yet. Ordering from several sections at once creates a separate order for each section.
