Per the terms and conditions, any additional promo codes released by the store work only on products that Alsaif Gallery sells itself. The “1+1” discount applies once the second item is in your cart. Two items at the same price means the second is free; at different prices, the lower-priced one is free. Large appliances sold by other sellers are not part of the offer. Air conditioners are also left out of free shipping and carry a SAR 160 shipping and installation charge.

There is no fixed fee on the shipping page; you see the cost and timing in your cart and again after you buy. Every region of the Kingdom, including outlying areas, is covered.

Large appliances cannot be delivered to Turaif, Al Khafji, Al Qurayyat, Hafar Al Batin or Al Nairyah, nor anywhere over 50 km from a city centre. An order you fail to receive counts as cancelled and the delivery fee falls on you, so double-check the address and phone number you entered. If something is missing from your order, its value is refunded to your bank account.

Cash on delivery works only within Saudi Arabia and adds a SAR 28 fee, which is kept even when the order is returned. Otherwise you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, mada or Apple Pay, or redeem gift cards and vouchers issued by Alsaif Gallery.

Tabby divides the total into 4 monthly payments free of interest and fees, with the first one due at checkout; your limit depends on what you are buying and how you have repaid Tabby before. Tamara is offered too, and only its first instalment is charged when you order. One catch: discounted items paid for through Tabby or Tamara cannot be returned or exchanged.

You get 3 days to return an item and 7 days to exchange it. Discounted items are exchange-only, at your nearest branch, no later than 7 working days after purchase.

There are two routes:

• In store: put the item back in its original shipping carton and carry it to any Saudi branch along with the invoice. This does not apply to discounted items.
• Online: send customer service a WhatsApp message, attaching a picture or clip that shows the item in its original state or the fault, and they will issue a return waybill for handing it to the courier.
• Received something damaged? Get in touch no more than 7 days after it arrives. Such items go back via the courier rather than a branch.
• Used items are refused. If you send one anyway, it comes back to you and the shipping cost is charged to you. Bundle deals must be returned as a complete pair.

Once the warehouse has checked the returned item, expect the refund in between 7 and 14 working days, paid back to the method you used (mada, Visa and so on). Purchases made in instalments through Tabby, Tamara or Madfu are refunded by that instalment company.

Exchanging an instalment purchase at a branch gets you a store voucher, which you can put towards an item of equal or higher value than the order. For a cancelled order, the money lands in your website wallet first, and any remainder returns to the original payment method.

Installing a split AC costs SAR 160 with VAT included. Depending on the location, some extra services may be needed, each priced separately:

• SAR 50 to drill through a wall, SAR 70 to drill through concrete.
• SAR 50 for single-storey scaffolding.
• SAR 30 for an AC base, supplied and fitted.
• SAR 60 to take down a split AC, SAR 85 to fit an AC switch.

Large appliance delivery and installation can stretch to 25 working days. Any dates given are estimates. Delivery includes floors up to the second; higher floors cost an extra SAR 50. You are responsible for getting the site ready, including power, plumbing and any concrete drilling, with a single opening per AC. Installation of an AC is guaranteed for 3 months after fitting, and the guarantee lapses if an unauthorised party installs it.

On returns, be aware of these deductions:

• Return and exchange requests go through customer service and must be raised no more than 3 days after delivery; for a manufacturing defect the limit is 7 days.
• Opening the box before asking for a return means 30% is knocked off the appliance's price.
• Appliances already delivered to your home incur a return charge of SAR 172.50, unless a technician's report confirms a manufacturing defect.
• Instalment purchases cannot be returned.

Alsaif Gallery guarantees Edison products for 3 years from purchase, as long as you hold a valid invoice that matches the product. Other brands carry the warranty of their authorised agent. At checkout you can add an extended warranty, costing a set percentage of what the appliance costs.

Cover extends to defects in materials and manufacturing, but not to breakage, scratches, liquid damage or misuse. If a used appliance breaks down in its first 7 days, it is not swapped on the spot: it is sent to an authorised service centre, where the inspection can last as long as 14 working days. Repairs carried out are guaranteed for 30 days after handover.
