We don't have a verified Trendyol code for returning customers right now. ### Is a Trendyol discount code taken straight off the price? Yes. With your items in the basket, type the code into the “Discount code” field that sits under the order summary, then tap “Add”; the amount is deducted from your total before payment. Only a single discount code is accepted on each Trendyol order. Trendyol also adds coupons to your account. These sit under “My Account” and then “My Coupons”, each listing its terms, minimum spend and expiry date. A label on some products also says you can earn a coupon. Once Trendyol has your order, it's not possible for Trendyol to attach a coupon to it. Forgot the code? Your only option is to cancel and reorder with the code applied. Run through these checks before contacting support: - The code is typed exactly, without missing characters or extra spaces. - Your basket meets the coupon's minimum spend. - The coupon is still valid. - The offer covers what's in your cart. - No other code is already applied to that order. Orders carry a shipping fee that depends on the country and is itemised at checkout before you confirm, though some products are tagged “Free shipping”. Parcels may come from Turkey or from the Gulf. Prices on the site already include VAT, so you won't be asked by the courier for VAT or customs charges at the door. You'll see the expected delivery date in the cart, on the product page and in your order confirmation. Items from a single store usually travel together in one parcel, while items from different stores arrive separately; bulky products take longer since the seller delivers them personally. Couriers deliver only on working days. You can pay the courier in cash or by card, but there's a service fee of SAR 22.5, which you don't get back even when the order is returned. Your order has to be worth at least SAR 100 and no more than SAR 1,875, and has to qualify for free shipping. When an order is split across several shipments, the fee is shared between them. Bear in mind that returning something you paid for on delivery won't get you cash back: the value goes into your Trendyol Coins balance instead. If that doesn't suit you, pick another payment method from the outset. Yes, you can use either one for purchases worth SAR 100 up to SAR 5,000. Pick it at checkout and finish the provider's approval steps. Other accepted payment methods are mada, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and cash on delivery. Coins credit can cover an order fully or partly, except for electronics. You get 15 days after receipt, and returning costs nothing. Generate a return label under “Order Details”, then choose a home pickup or a drop-off point; the label only works for 14 days. Trendyol doesn't exchange items, so for a different size, send the original back and place a new order. Non-returnable items: - Swimwear, bikinis and underwear. - Jewellery, food and drinks. - Anything washed or showing signs of use. - Beauty products, unless still sealed in their original packaging. After the warehouse receives and accepts your return, your refund usually arrives in 2–10 working days, with timing based on your payment method. Choosing Coins credit puts the refund in your account at once, though it can't be withdrawn as cash. For mada cards, orders older than 30 days can see refunds held up for months for regulatory reasons. There are two situations where you may get back less than the product's price: - A discount code was used: a share of it proportional to the returned item is deducted, and the single-use code isn't reissued. - A partial return left what remains of the order below the minimum, which means the refund has the shipping fee taken off. Trendyol Saudi Arabia runs a deals page named “Dreamlike Deals”, bringing together offers across home, fashion, beauty and electronics, including lists of items currently at their lowest price of the past 30 days. Check “My Coupons” before paying in case a promo coupon fits your cart. Should you cancel the order or send it back, coupons Trendyol gave you go back into your account, provided they haven't expired.
