A local courier may handle the final leg, so tracking might not cover every step. If a package never turns up, or is marked delivered when you haven't got it, you have 90 days from the order date to raise it with customer service.

Temu's terms say the order total covers customs duties, VAT and any other applicable taxes. You count as the importer, and you give Temu authority to name a broker who settles these for you. What's collected at checkout is an estimate; if further charges are imposed, they're your responsibility, and leaving them unpaid can hold up the package or prevent customs clearance.

If you return something and neither Temu nor the seller was at fault, the import tax and original shipping fee aren't refunded.

When a standard shipping order misses the last date of its delivery window, Temu credits your account with SAR 15 within roughly 48 hours, for use on a future order. No credit is given when the delay comes from an incorrect or incomplete address, or from things beyond their control like weather or courier problems.

Under the purchase protection program, you're refunded in full if a package never arrives or turns up damaged or not as described, though you may need to send the item back first. For air-shipped parcels with no tracking update for over 50 days, or still undelivered 70 days after dispatch, you can request a free reshipment or a refund. Most products can be sent back up to 90 days after purchase; for most electronics, the seller sets a limit of 45 days, 60 days or 90 days. Each order's first return is free, but every further return from it costs SAR 20, taken out of the refund, so it pays to send everything back in a single shipment. Once your request is in, you have 14 days to dispatch the package, either through a home pickup or by dropping it at the nearest RedBox, J&T, Ajex or GFS Express location.

Refunds to your payment method take between 5 and 14 working days, or up to 30 days, according to your bank. Alternatively, pick Temu credit: it arrives faster and never expires, but it can't be cashed out. Non-returnable items include:

Yes, through its price adjustment policy. When something you bought gets cheaper in the same country no more than 30 days after you paid, ask for the difference on the order page; your order still ships normally even if you ask before it arrives.

Items on promotion or out of stock may not qualify, and fees like shipping are left out of the calculation.
