### How can I pay at Al Dakheel Oud, and can I use Tabby or Tamara installments?

The store offers cash on delivery, Apple Pay, STC Pay, mada and credit cards, along with instalments through Madfu, Emkan, MISpay, Tamara or Tabby.

Choosing cash on delivery means you should pick up the confirmation call, since the store can cancel unconfirmed cash on delivery orders. Orders may also be cancelled when an online payment fails, when the address or phone number is incorrect, or when the item is out of stock.

### What is the return period at Al Dakheel Oud, and which items are non-returnable?

Online orders can be exchanged or returned only within 7 days after delivery, and the product has to be undamaged and intact, with the original outer wrapping still sealed. Returns are refused:

- When the request comes over 7 days after delivery.
- When the item is no longer sealed, has been used or is damaged.
- When the perfume box is damaged.
- For oud and packaged oils, which are excluded from exchanges and returns.

### What is deducted from my Al Dakheel Oud refund if I return an order I no longer want?

When the only reason is a change of heart, with no defect or error on their part, the shipping cost comes off the order value before the refund: SAR 20 for shipments inside Saudi Arabia, SAR 13 for orders sent to a Redbox locker, while for Gulf orders, customs and shipping fees are taken off. The deduction applies even when shipping was free.

Shipping and customs costs can also be deducted if you never accept the shipment. Return and exchange requests go to customer service, by WhatsApp or on 920006530.

### What should I do if Al Dakheel Oud sends me the wrong product?

Get in touch with customer service by calling 920006530 or via WhatsApp. They will swap the products and deliver the right order to you, or tell you which branch nearby can swap it. Under the policy, the shipping deduction is only taken when you return something simply because you chose to, with nothing wrong or faulty about the product.

### How do Methaq loyalty points work with Al Dakheel Oud?

Methaq works only on the website and across all branches; app orders earn no points. To build up points, shop through the website or at a branch rather than the app. Redeeming works like this:

- Open the rewards icon and select “Rewards”.
- Exchange your points for a voucher that matches your balance.
- Paste the voucher's code into your basket after copying it.

### Is Al Dakheel Oud a Saudi-made brand, and how large is its branch network?

Yes, the products bear the Made in Saudi mark. The business began in 1984 with one showroom at Souq Al Dirah, in the centre of Riyadh, and it is certified to ISO 9001:2015 as well as ISO 14001. Its range covers more than 500 items: home fragrances, personal care, blends, oud oil, oud and perfumes.

There are over 100 branches across the Kingdom and abroad, plus an app on Google Play and the App Store, but keep in mind that orders placed in the app do not earn Methaq points.
