Orders can't be edited once you've confirmed the purchase. Cancelling is possible until the order ships: get in touch with customer service and share your order number. A shipped order is no longer cancellable, though accepting delivery and then returning it free of charge is an option.

The terms of sale give you 48 hours after delivery to tell Puma about an item that's defective or different from what you ordered. For defects that only show up later, let them know as soon as you notice, provided no more than a year has passed since delivery.
