Express deliveries go out between 11 am and 11 pm, though on Fridays they begin at 2 pm. Orders can be placed at any hour through the app or website, and they're delivered in whichever slot you set in the order details. Ordering before 10 pm gets you same-day delivery; later orders roll over to the following day unless you've picked a different date. Jubail and Makkah have an earlier same-day cutoff of 4 pm, and the Makkah slot also covers Hadda, Bahra and Al Mahamid. Cakes are never delivered on the same day, since Naseem orders them from its supplier on the day of delivery to keep them fresh. Delivery fees vary from city to city, and the app and website show you the amount before payment. When an order misses the slot you selected, you can claim back the whole delivery fee, unless the recipient caused the delay, say by being slow to send their location or requesting a postponement. That promise excludes situations they can't control, like sites that require an entry permit, incorrect recipient details, bad weather, busy seasons and traffic. Changing the delivery address once the driver has set off may cost a second delivery fee. If a vase, a ribbon color or a seasonal flower runs out, they swap in a similar item for the same price. Because Naseem prepares each product to order, a simple change of mind doesn't qualify for a refund. Returns and exchanges are allowed for 3 days after the order reaches you, in Saudi Arabia only, provided the item is in its original state: unused, in its original wrapping, and with its labels and info card. The details: - Never accepted back: books, balloons, chocolate and cake, personal care and spa items, plants and bouquets of fresh flowers, drinks and food, and seasonal goods like Ramadan and Eid gifts. - You pay for return shipping, except when the item you received isn't what you ordered or arrived damaged from shipping. - To request a return, email them or send a WhatsApp message to 0536833111 with the order number, your name and mobile number, plus the product's name and why you're returning it. - Refunds reach the original payment method in between 1 and 7 working days, with timing set by your bank. - A full refund applies only when the entire order couldn't be supplied, or when you cancelled in time.
