Its full terms are on its card above. ### How can I get Texas Chicken delivered? Most restaurants offer delivery. You can order through Texas Chicken's website, its App Store or Google Play app, or by phoning the delivery center. The locations page lists every restaurant with its address and opening hours, which helps you find the closest one. Offers rotate regularly; look for them in the “What's New” section of the menu. The terms set a 60-minute delivery time, though traffic or bad weather can slow things down. Whether your address falls within the delivery zone is shown in the app. Website orders can't include special requests like no ice or no sauce; seasoning is applied as standard, and additional sauces may be charged. Should an item be out of stock when you order, they'll tell you and return your money in full to the payment method you used. Make sure your address is correct and that someone is there at delivery time: a wrong address or an order nobody collects won't be taken anywhere else, and there's no refund or second delivery. According to the terms, you can pay online or in cash on delivery of your food. Once you've confirmed an order or paid for it, it can't be cancelled, changed or refunded, so check your items and address carefully first. Items that arrive faulty or damaged can be returned; use the “Contact Us” page to reach them and they'll help. Once they've checked the order, they process a return or replacement. Any refund, full or partial, takes a minimum of 3 days, and online payments may need between 3 and 7 days to show on your card statement, with timing set by the bank. TEX REWARDS costs nothing to join and is open to residents of Saudi Arabia who are 16 or older. You collect Tex points by ordering while logged in on the website or app, paying either by card or in cash. No points are given for orders made at the restaurant counter, through third-party delivery apps, or as a guest without an account. Points show up within 24 hours after your order is completed. Once you have 600 points you can start redeeming, and each redemption gives a single-use voucher for a free item that can't be combined with any other discount or offer in the same order. The program has three tiers: - Bold: as many as 2,000 points; unused points expire after 6 months. - Texas: between 2,000 and 4,000 points, earning a voucher for one free single meal; points expire after 12 months. - Flavor: more than 4,000 points, earning a voucher covering two single meals; points stay valid for 24 months. According to Texas Chicken, all of its crispy meals use halal chicken, and it deals only with suppliers certified halal by SASO, the Saudi standards and quality organization, or by recognized halal authorities outside the Kingdom. Nothing non-halal is permitted in its facilities, and there are always at least two Muslim employees in the kitchen. Imported products hold certification from their country of origin's halal authority, which is recognized by the SFDA (Saudi Arabia's food and drug regulator), and all suppliers of raw materials sign a declaration committing to halal requirements across manufacturing, transport and storage.
