FNP Promo Code Saudi Arabia 2026

Yes: FN34 (12% off). Its full terms are on its card above.

Yes. Orders placed before 7 pm can be delivered the same day anywhere FNP serves in Saudi Arabia, and a midnight slot is available if you're planning a surprise. Cities listed on the site are Jeddah, Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Jubail and Qatif.

Whatever delivery date you select is treated as an estimate, not a promise, and drivers won't phone ahead. Need a particular time? Add it under special instructions when paying. Delivery times can't be guaranteed for hospitals, hotels, cemeteries, military bases or addresses along rural roads.

Order through the website or app, phone +966115201376 to have the team place it for you, or send the details by email to support@fnp.sa. For a custom-made product, contact them and describe what you'd like. Before ordering, have the following to hand:

• The full delivery address, plus the recipient's name and mobile number.
• The date of delivery, and a time too if the gift will be handed over in person.
• Billing details, your chosen shipping method and the sender's name.

According to the terms, PayPal, American Express, Mastercard and Visa are accepted, and a separate clause adds bank transfer into FNP's account and paying cash when the gift is delivered. Product pages also display «Buy now, pay later» through Tabby and Tamara, so see what checkout actually offers you.

Should a payment gateway problem stop your order from completing, FNP's support team might phone you to help finish it.

For deliveries inside Saudi Arabia, cancel no later than 24 hours ahead of the delivery date. Once an order is being prepared, is on its way or has been delivered, it can no longer be cancelled or edited, and since same-day orders go into preparation immediately, changing them usually isn't possible.

Edits to delivery instructions only count if customer service confirms them and they're made 2 hours or more ahead of the delivery slot. If you want to check a same-day order, ring +966115201376.

FNP's terms make every sale final: products can't be sent back or swapped. When a refund is granted, it usually comes as a store voucher worth the same amount; cash refunds happen occasionally, if both sides agree and FNP confirms it in writing; they're paid back to the method you used.

Verify every recipient detail carefully before paying, since a refund isn't guaranteed if:

• The sender supplied an incorrect address and the gift went there.
• Nobody was at the stated address to receive it at delivery time.
• Quality suffered because the address was wrong or the order had to be redirected.
• The recipient mishandled the product.

Let FNP know within 24 hours of the delivery. They'll then choose between sending a replacement at their expense or refunding you, and refunds need between 10 and 15 business days to land in your account. For perishables like cakes and flowers, complaints raised once 24 hours have passed since delivery are rejected.

Be aware that if a flower is unavailable, it can be replaced with a different variety or colour, provided the overall style and colour scheme stay the same and the substitute is worth at least as much.
