Yes: HAS (10% off). Its full terms are on its card above. ### How quickly does Floward deliver? Express orders reach the recipient within two hours of Floward receiving them; if you choose a set slot instead, delivery happens in that window. The bouquet can be tracked on your phone as it travels. One order can include several delivery dates, and a bouquet can come with extra chocolates, balloons or cake, though cake and balloons can't be ordered by themselves. Forgot an item? Call customer service while the order is still with them, since anything added after dispatch is treated as a separate order. This may differ from city to city, so look at the product page for your own city before paying. Alternatively, recurring flower subscriptions include free delivery on every order. Pick a plan (a box you arrange yourself, Seasonal or Classic), choose the day and how frequently it comes, and receive a complimentary vase with the first delivery. The FAQ lists credit cards and prepaid payment as options. On product pages you will also see Tamara, which lets you split the cost into as many as 4 payments. Guest checkout is available, so there is no need to register: just enter your name, mobile number and address when paying. If you send gifts regularly, an account is handy because it stores multiple addresses. Cancel no later than 24 hours before your slot begins and Floward will try to process it, possibly with a full refund. Once preparation has started, cancelling becomes difficult. Chocolates, food and branded items are excluded from cancellation since they are prepared over 24 hours ahead of the slot. Rescheduling is the alternative. An order that hasn't been prepared can be pushed back by as much as 10 days, while a prepared one can be moved by no more than 48 hours. Be aware that a prepared order may be cancelled with no refund if neither you nor the recipient can be reached, or after more than 3 delivery attempts within 48 hours. Get in touch with Floward's support team no later than 48 hours after delivery, and be ready to share a picture of the order if asked. The terms say a replacement bouquet will be offered, and if you would rather not have one, you may receive compensation or a partial refund as Floward wallet credit. When an order runs over 4 hours past the end of your chosen delivery window, let the support team know, unless the delay comes from circumstances outside their control. Before paying, double-check the mobile number and other details of the recipient: Floward isn't liable for late or misdirected deliveries caused by wrong details, or for a recipient who refuses the gift. Flowers can't be returned, and the same goes for candles, beauty products, food, personalised orders and other items named in the terms. For any other gift, ask customer service to arrange a pickup within 48 hours after delivery. Returned items must be unused and sealed, in the original packaging with tags attached. Perfumes, jewellery and anything worn against the skin have just one day and must still be sealed. Floward doesn't do exchanges, but a product that arrives damaged is refunded in full.
