Its full terms are on its card above. ### How do FirstCry discount codes work? Enter the code while placing your order, and the total drops by the discount amount. FirstCry's terms have one rule worth knowing: discounts don't stack on an item that's already reduced; instead, whichever is larger, the code's discount or the product's, is applied, except where the offer's terms state otherwise. Each code lasts until it expires or the products it covers sell out, whichever happens sooner. Codes issued to you personally, in your name, can't be used by other people. No combining is allowed: under FirstCry's terms, a coupon can't be paired with another code or any other offer, including site offers that apply without a code. Codes are most often rejected because: - You've already used it; codes are usually limited to a single use for each user and each household. - A different offer, for example buy two and get a third free, is already running in your cart. - The offer doesn't cover the color or size you picked. - Your cart's products add up to no more than SAR 10, the minimum needed to place any order. For items shipped from inside Saudi Arabia, orders below SAR 100 pay SAR 12, while SAR 100 and above ship free. For items shipped from abroad, orders below SAR 500 pay SAR 18, and SAR 500 and above ship free. Gift certificates, gift wrapping, shipping fees and cash on delivery fees aren't counted in this order value. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on all days apart from Fridays and national holidays. FirstCry Saudi Arabia accepts cash on delivery as well as mada and credit cards. However, if you return an item, you won't get back the cash on delivery fee, the shipping fee or any cross-border fee. When you return an item that was paid for upon delivery, the money is first credited to a FirstCry refund account; from there, you can request a transfer to a bank account of your choice. Check your bank details carefully, since FirstCry doesn't confirm the account number. The window varies with the product type, and your order follows whatever the product page states: - Shoes, clothing and maternity wear: whatever period the product page gives. - Supplies for birthday parties: two days after delivery. - Most other items: 7 days after delivery. Some products are never returnable for health reasons, among them teethers and pacifiers, breastfeeding supplies and feeding bottles, wet wipes, diapers and diaper rash creams, formula milk, baby food and supplements, as well as beauty and personal care items. Other products become non-returnable once assembled, such as travel systems and strollers, ride-on toys and bikes, outdoor play equipment, and furniture for babies and children, so inspect and check the item before putting it together. Products bought under a buy-one-get-a-second-one deal must all be returned together. Cancel an order, or one of its items, before it ships and the whole amount comes back to you, shipping fee included. It's credited to your FirstCry wallet, from which you can move the money to a card or bank account. Once shipped, single items can no longer be cancelled; you'd have to cancel the entire shipment, and the refund then excludes the shipping fee. Gift certificates and personalized products can't be cancelled. Source: [FirstCry: cancellation policy](https://www.firstcry.sa/cancellation-terms) ### How can I spend loyalty cash at FirstCry? Certain products earn you loyalty cash, as shown on the product page, which is credited no later than 48 hours after delivery. Items you got free under an offer don't earn any. Once you've built up at least 50, you can put it toward future orders, even ones that already have another offer applied. Be aware that if you placed no new order in the previous year, the balance lapses on March 31.
