Yes: P28 (10% off). Its full terms are on its card above. ### How fast does Dream Home deliver, and what does delivery cost? Each order is packed within one working day. Riyadh addresses get instant delivery, and J&T carries orders to the rest of the country. According to the shipping page, delivery needs between 3 and 6 working days once the courier has the parcel, whereas the FAQ quotes between 1 and 3 working days for Riyadh and between 3 and 7 for other cities. The shipping charge depends on the item's weight and dimensions. Asked about a minimum spend for free delivery, the store simply answers «there is no minimum». Check the real charge at checkout before confirming. Parcels go out Sunday through Thursday; Fridays and Saturdays are days off. At checkout the store lists Apple Pay, mada, Visa and Mastercard, together with cash on delivery and bank transfer. Instalments are available with Tabby and Tamara. Paying cash on delivery comes with a catch: send back an order for any reason other than a damaged or incorrect item, or have it fail delivery because the address was wrong, and the delivery, return and cash-on-delivery charges fall on you. Dream Home may also block cash on delivery for that customer on later orders. Exchanges and returns are handled by customer service for 7 days after your order arrives. A factory defect or a wrong item gets replaced, with the store covering shipping. In any other case the shipping and return charges are yours to pay, plus the COD charge if you chose to pay cash on delivery. Here's the process: - WhatsApp customer service on 0560227257, sending pictures of the invoice and of the damaged product. - Complete the relevant form (return or exchange); the policy page links to both. - Make sure the product is undamaged, unused and still in its original wrapping. - Your bank receives the refund within 15 days; replacements ship after the returned item arrives at the warehouse and passes inspection. Sale purchases can only be exchanged, unless the item you received doesn't match your order and you flag it within one day, in which case a return is allowed. White Friday goods are non-returnable, but they can be exchanged as long as: - You swap every piece at once, meaning both paid pieces plus the free one. - Your new choice is worth the same, or you top up the difference for something more expensive. - You don't try to exchange just part of the set, since the deal counts the pieces as a single unit. - Everything is unused, still in the original packaging, and comes with the original invoice. For a broken or damaged delivery, email your order number along with a single clear photo of the damage, because the courier needs it to handle compensation. Occasionally a product breaks while being loaded or shipped and no spare is left at the warehouse or showroom; the store will then tell you, and you can pick an exchange or, if you prepaid, a refund. To cancel before your order has shipped, get in touch by email or any of their other contact channels. Riyadh is home to all three, and the branches page gives a map link for each one: - Al Olaya district: on Olaya Main Street, across from Taiba Markets. - Sahara Mall: gate 6, on the ground floor. - Al Sahafa district: on Anas Ibn Malik Street. Yes. «Dream Partners» is aimed at interior design companies, designers and engineers. Dream Home says it deals with over 100 international suppliers and brings in new, non-repeating products each month; registration is via the link on the programme's page.
