Yes: CW (5% off). Its full terms are on its card above. ### What does BasharaCare charge for delivery, and when will my order arrive? Delivery anywhere in Saudi Arabia costs nothing once your basket passes SAR 100; below that, checkout adds SAR 20 on its own. Aramex brings orders in 1 to 3 days. Timing depends on when you order: anything placed between 10 am and 11 pm goes out the next working day, while orders made from midnight to 9 am are dispatched that very day, unless it is a weekend or holiday, in which case they wait for the following working day. The FAQ mentions one working day for baskets above SAR 100, but 1 to 3 days is the realistic expectation. Shipping is limited to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman. Each of these has a separate fee and free-delivery threshold, set in the local currency. Products sit in air-conditioned space at the Riyadh warehouses and travel in air-conditioned delivery cars, so nothing leaves a cooled environment before it gets to your door. You can't shop in person, since every sale happens online. If the brand you're after isn't stocked, don't expect them to import it for you: they stick to products that are approved and registered with them. Paying in cash when the order arrives costs nothing extra, and customer service will phone you ahead of delivery. Credit cards are accepted too, and Apple Pay appears among the options on the site's checkout page. Tabby and Tamara instalments are enabled in the store's payment settings, so check which of them you're offered when you check out. Within 7 days of getting your order you may ask for a refund, an exchange or a replacement, provided the item is still in its original state: sealed, never opened and never used. Returns are accepted when a product disappoints you for any of the following reasons: - It has a manufacturing, material or design fault. - Its quality falls short, or it doesn't do the job it was made for. - It had already expired when it reached you. - Write to customerservice@basharacare.com to start a return or to cancel an order. You collect a point for each riyal you spend, and every 33 points knock SAR 1 off the next order you place. At checkout you'll see your balance; tick the box there to apply it. Extra points come from: - Creating an account on the site gives 100 points, worth SAR 3. - Referring a friend brings 500 points, worth SAR 15. - Signing up for the newsletter adds 200 points, worth SAR 6. - Writing a review of a product earns 100 points, worth SAR 3. - Points have to be used within 365 days of the purchase, after which they are removed. The Arabic page adds that a year's points must also be spent before the close of the following January. Morning orders get processed that same day; afternoon and evening orders wait until the following morning. Sign in to My Account to see where your order stands, and expect reward points to land in your balance as soon as processing is done. No confirmation email? Look in your spam folder. Yes, you pick the samples you like on the checkout page. You can fix a wrong address on your account page; customer service also checks it with you before delivery. When an item is marked temporarily out of stock, you can register your details to be emailed once it is back.
