Yes: AS63 (SAR 30 off). Its full terms are on its card above. ### Does a discount code from Al Majed Oud cut the price immediately, or is it cashback? It is instant. Al Majed Oud runs its online store on Salla, and Salla stores let you enter the code on the checkout page or straight in the cart, so the discounted item prices and total are visible before payment. There is no credit to wait for after delivery. If entering the code leaves the total unchanged, it hasn't applied to your cart. Orders inside Saudi Arabia ship free from SAR 99 upward, while anything below SAR 99 costs SAR 23 to ship. Store prices are final and already include VAT, so apart from shipping and, if you pick it, the fee for paying cash on delivery, orders in the Kingdom carry no hidden charges. The shipping policy counts every day except Friday as a working day, and delivery times vary by city: - Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh and Jeddah: between 4 and 48 hours. - The Eastern Province, Unaizah, Buraydah, Al Kharj, Al Rass, Al Zulfi, Al Majmaah, Al Duwadimi and Riyadh Al Khabra: inside 72 hours. - All remaining cities: inside 5 days. - Special requests like gift wrapping or engraving, and products missing from the express warehouses: between 2 and 7 working days. Yes. Within Saudi Arabia, cash on delivery costs an extra SAR 15, and you can also pay upfront by Visa, Mastercard or mada card. Paying in 4 interest-free installments is available only for orders placed in the UAE or Saudi Arabia; the store displays these providers: Emkan, MisPay, Madfu, Tabby and Tamara. Changed your mind? Cancel before the order ships and the full amount is refunded. In Saudi Arabia, returns cost nothing within 7 days after delivery, on condition that the item is unopened, still in its original state, and accompanied by the original invoice. Products wrapped or personalised for you and purchase cards are non-returnable, and a bundle offer has to be returned in full. Requests can be made by calling the unified number or through the support centre. For a faster refund, skip that and bring the item to a branch anywhere in Saudi Arabia. The money returns to the payment method you used after anywhere between 1 and 15 working days, with the bank determining the exact time. Special requests like wrapping and engraving are covered in the shipping policy and take between 2 and 7 working days to deliver, so place them well before any occasion. The store's gifts section is divided into wedding gifts, gifts for him and gifts for her. Keep in mind that products wrapped or altered at your request are not returnable. On Salla, a store can attach conditions to every coupon. These are the reasons a code most often fails: - The cart total hasn't reached the coupon's minimum purchase. - The coupon covers only some products or categories, or leaves out items that are already reduced. - Stacking the coupon is not allowed with promotions like “buy one and get the second free”. - The coupon has expired, or you've already used it up to the per-customer limit. - It is tied to one country or one payment method; Al Majed Oud has its own separate store in every Gulf country. Inside Saudi Arabia there are over 300 Al Majed Oud branches, and the count passes 400 when Gulf countries are added. Its shipping policy, though, only talks about delivering to a customer's address or to the courier company's branch, and says nothing about picking up web orders at Al Majed branches. Download the app from Google Play or the App Store; a special app-only discount is advertised on the store's main page. To reach customer service, call 920020088, the unified number, Sunday through Thursday between 8 AM and 10 PM.
