Yes: RAN232 (15% off). Its full terms are on its card above. ### Why doesn’t my adidas discount code take off as much as I expected? According to adidas’ Saudi help center, most promotions apply to a limited selection of products. That is why one item in your basket may get the discount while another item next to it does not. Each voucher’s conditions are stated wherever you received it, such as at the foot of the offer email. If you’re confident the voucher should work on what you’re buying yet no discount appears, contact customer service using the email address listed on the help page. Regular delivery is SAR 45 and drops to zero once your order goes above SAR 299. Prepaid orders in Riyadh can arrive the next day, Saturday through Wednesday, while standard delivery needs between 3 and 5 working days. Parcels are dispatched on working days from Saturday to Thursday, public holidays aside, and sales periods or holidays can slow things down. Because a signature is needed on delivery, adidas won’t ship to PO boxes, and an order headed for a remote or hard-to-reach address may be cancelled. Orders with several products can arrive split across separate shipments. Under the terms of sale, cash on delivery might appear as one of your options. When it does, the order value is capped according to regulations, the site’s own policy and the courier. You receive the parcel only after signing the delivery note and paying in full. Keep in mind that a cash-on-delivery order you later return is refunded to a bank account rather than in cash, so you’ll be asked for your account details for the transfer. Pick Tabby at checkout and the total is shown as 4 equal monthly payments. On your first use you sign up using your mobile number, email address and Saudi ID, then pay the first instalment immediately; the remaining ones are taken automatically from the same card. The number of instalments and their amount are fixed, and everything happens on the adidas site, so the Tabby app isn’t needed. Tabby can be used on every product, and returns are handled under the usual return policy. The help center also lists PayPal, American Express, Visa and Mastercard as payment options. Online store purchases can be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition. To start a return, send customer service an email that includes the product code and your order number. A few special products have a shorter window of only 14 days, which is stated when you buy them. Your return is accepted only if: - Nothing has been worn or damaged, clothes still carry their original tags, and shoes come back in the original box. - For hygiene reasons, swimwear, socks, water bottles and face masks are not returnable unless a manufacturing fault is present. - Personalised products made to your order are returnable only because of a manufacturing fault. - Purchases made through partners or other retailers go back to them under their policy, not to the adidas online store. When your return arrives at the warehouse and passes inspection, the money is sent back to the payment method you used. Credit and debit card refunds take no more than 14 working days, and an email lets you know once the refund is approved. Shipping charges are refunded only for a faulty product whose defect the warehouse confirms. A used item that fails the quality check earns no refund, and the charge for returning it to you is yours to pay. Source: [adidas Saudi Arabia: Returns and refunds](https://www.adidas.sa/ar/returns.html) ### Is it possible to cancel or edit an adidas order? Cancelling is allowed only within 15 minutes of the order going through. Open the order tracker, type in the email you used and the order number, choose the items to cancel and confirm; a confirmation follows in 2 to 4 hours. Once an order is placed, its size, colour or quantity can’t be changed. After a cancellation, card payments are refunded in 14 working days or less, PayPal payments immediately, and Tabby orders follow the general refund policy. Joining adiClub earns you 50 points straight away, then 2.5 points per SAR spent. Points can be swapped for products, discount vouchers or deals from adidas partners. More points move you up the levels. Reaching 1,300 points puts you on level 2, with a birthday gift and early entry to sales; at 5,000 points, level 3 gives early access to new releases. If you’re holding out for a sale, log in whenever you buy so every purchase adds to your points.
